When can I cancel a monthly plan?

You can cancel the contract anytime, when your period of office space has ended. In case you wish to conclude your service instantaneously, then you can inform us within 7 days of your most recent invoice, and we will refund you the amount for that invoice.

How easy is it to cancel?

Cancellation is an easy process with us. You can email us on office@thevaultbusinesscentre.co.uk from your registered email id, and your account will be cancelled.

We offer you our registered address for your business with Companies house, and we do not charge any extra fee regarding the same. You only pay for the plan.

Does price go up if I receive lots of letters?

You will not be asked to pay any extra price for your posts. No matter how many posts you get, you will only be charged on account of the price that you agree on.

Are there any other charges (e.g. Royal Mail costs)?

No, there will be no additional charges. All the costs are included in your monthly/yearly fixed price.

How can The Vault Business Centre be so affordable?

For all your HRMC correspondents, you can use The Vault Business Centre legal registered address. You only pay for the whole plan once, there are no extra charges added.

We accept posts/parcels on behalf of your business on our legal registered address. We do not ask for any additional charges for it.

Our meeting rooms are located on the ground floor with access provided to the disabled. We have a friendly reception team, which offers filter tea and coffee, completely free of charge to our guests and delegates.

How easy is it to book a meeting room?

Booking a meeting room is very easy. Just send an email to office@thevaultbusinesscentre.co.uk with the date and time you desire. Availability is decided on a first come, first served basis.

How long does setting up an account take?

We take no more than 10 minutes to approve your account, once we have received your card details, ID proof, and address proof. The time slot we offer is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.

In case you register outside the above mentioned timings, then your request will be handled within the first few hours of the following working day.

How much does it cost to set up an account?
